Support Dream students’ academic and basic needs!
Support Dream students’ academic and basic needs!
Undocumented students (also known as Dream students) represent some of the most dedicated, yet underserved and low-income students at Chico State. The single biggest challenge Dream students face in achieving a university education is economic. Their limited eligibility for financial aid programs, and in some circumstances, an added ineligibility to work are formidable barriers.
Today, we seek your help in offsetting some academic and basic needs expenses for Chico State undocumented students in need.
Why are donations necessary?
Each dollar counts! The Dream Center budget has been significantly reduced in the past years, the number of students we serve and their needs continue to increase. With community support, external grants and donations, the Dream Center can provide critical services and bolster success for a highly underserved student group.
