Description

All fraternities and sororities were founded on similar values such as academics, service, sisterhood/brotherhood, philanthropy, leadership, civic engagement, integrity, and more.

There are 30 fraternities and sororities at Chico State. Each fraternity or sorority belongs to one of the three governing councils: the Interfraternity Council (IFC), the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC), and the College Panhellenic Council (CPC), which makes up approximately 7% of the Chico State student population.

Donations are applied to...

  • Graduation Cords/Stoles for each FSA council
  • Supporting Leadership opportunities and retreats for FSA members
  • Supporting recruitment efforts (events, supplies, services) for FSA councils
  • Inviting professional speakers to visit campus and support FSA members

Personal Message

Embarking upon a new path in life often feels lonely and confusing, leaving you wondering where you fit. However, joining greek life truly personalizes and enriches the overall collegiate experience. It’s the beginning of a new experience with new friends and the process of discovering a new home-away-from-home. Members attend a variety of activities such as chapter retreats, meetings, study programs, formal dinners and service projects, fostering a closer relationship with the other members who become friends for a lifetime.

Why are donations necessary?

Your donation will help support the ongoing efforts of the Fraternity & Sorority councils in providing additional opportunities and access to resources that go above and beyond the current FSA experience.
