Description
We’re the Chicas! We are the Women’s Ultimate Frisbee team at Chico State. On this team, we teach our players not only the sport but how to be a team player and grow as a leader. During our fall and spring seasons, we travel to other schools across the west coast and compete in tournaments. Our goals as a team are to grow a passion for the sport, form lasting connections with each other, and play some wicked games of ultimate!
How will donations be used?
- Jerseys ($80 per player)
- Tournament entry fees ($500 per tournament)
- Equipment ($1,600 per year)

This program benefits students in many ways including providing a physical outlet for stress and creating lasting frienships throughout college that allows for a stong support system that can be relied on for the rest of their lives.
